🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your King Koil Airbed has been manufactured with high-quality materials and workmanship. Each unit is inspected before leaving the factory. This 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to all King Koil Airbeds purchased from authorized retailers, including kingkoilairbeds.com, and covers the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

⚠️ Coverage

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and applies to:

  • Defects in seams, air valves, or internal components

  • Manufacturing defects that occur under normal indoor household use

🚫 Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Punctures, cuts, or abrasions

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear, including surface fabric

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Use outside normal indoor household conditions

🛠️ How to Obtain Service

If you believe your airbed has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact King Koil Airbeds Customer Support:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if available.

  3. Customer Support will review your claim. If a return is required, you will receive instructions. The product must be returned carefully packaged with shipping prepaid and proof of purchase included.

Upon receipt, King Koil will inspect the product and determine claim validity. If covered, the airbed will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Important Notice

This warranty applies exclusively to King Koil Airbeds and their components. It does not extend to or cover any King Koil-branded innerspring, hybrid, or foam mattresses, which are subject to separate warranty terms provided by King Koil Mattress Company.

Legal Limitations

IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL KING KOIL AIRBEDS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
