Not completely satisfied? We make returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your King Koil Airbed for a full refund.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

How to Start a Return
Contact Customer Support
Reach out within 30 days of delivery via phone at 877-291-1127 or email at service@kingkoilairbeds.com. Have your order number ready.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Pack & Ship Your Item
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Include your RMA number and proof of purchase. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty
Your King Koil Airbed is built to last โ and backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Call 877-291-1127 or email service@kingkoilairbeds.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if available.
Claim Review
Our support team will evaluate your claim. If a return is required, you'll receive prepaid return instructions.
Resolution
Upon receipt and inspection, if the defect is covered, we'll repair or replace your airbed at no charge.
Legal Limitations: IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL KING KOIL AIRBEDS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state.
