My Air Mattress is losing air, what should I do?

King Koil Airbeds are built to the highest standard and put through rigorous testing. If your air mattress seems to lose air when you set it up, please allow it to fully expand for 24 hours and re-inflate to your desired comfort level. Should the air mattress continue to lose air, look for any potential punctures and use the patch kit to seal. If you continue to experience an issue after please contact us to submit a warranty claim.

What type of warranty do I get with my King Koil Airbed?

All of our Airbed products come with a 1-year Guarantee against defects. Call 877-291-1127 or email service@kingkoilairbeds.com to submit a warranty claim.

How often should I fill the air in my mattress?

We suggest inflating the air mattress fully when you receive it and letting it sit for 24 hours, this allows time for it to expand. - Afterward, inflate or deflate a portion of air to your desired comfort.
